Give your loved one the gift of pleasure:
Certificates for Trainers, or Massage Therapy

The Base Fitness and Sports Center has the perfect gift for you to give your spouse, a friend or employee: gift certificates for massage therapy, or time with a personal trainer. Massage or Trainer certificates can be for a half-hour, one hour or one and a half hours. There are three massage therapists and four personal trainers, who make their own appointments, and a therapist or trainer is available generally at any time during the week.
Trainer certificates
Trainer certificates can be purchased for a personal training session with any one of the four trainers at the fitness center, or the certificate can be given and the details can be worked out afterwards between the recipient and the particular trainer. All certificates must be redeemed within 60 days after purchase. For more information about personal trainers, see the trainers webpage.

Massage certificates
Massage therapy is offered at the Base Fitness and Sports Center. To schedule an appointment, please contact the therapist of your choice. All therapists have their own specific days and hours of service in the fitness center, and make their own appointments. Advance payment is required to confirm the appointment, and cash, check, Visa or Mastercard is accepted.
All therapists are certified and licensed in the city of Colorado Springs and the state of Colorado, and all therapists specialize in their own techniques using modalities such as Swedish (relaxation), neuromuscular, deep tissue, trigger point and pregnancy massage. See below for more information about massage therapists.
Call 333-4522 for more information.
Therapists include:
Kimberly O'Connor, photo right, who has been a licensed massage therapist since May 1997.
