Trip to “Water World” in Denver

 

 

 

MEETING TIME:          8:30 a.m.

 

MEETING PLACE:         Outdoor Recreation Center

TRIP DESCRIPTION:     We’ll be running up to Denver for a full day at Water World. This place has it all, slides, wave pools, floaty lazy rivers and much more. You’ll scream, you’ll splash, you’ll get water up your nose, but you will still have a great time. For more info about Water World go to: http://www.waterworldcolorado.com/. The park is open from 10 am to 6pm.  

                           

WHAT TO BRING:        Big beach towel, sun glasses, money for food, locker and souvenirs, dry change of clothes, flip flops.   

 

WHAT TO WEAR:        swimsuit in addition to dry clothes, flip flops or some kind of cheap water slipper (sidewalks can get real hot and floors in bathrooms are unsanitary) in addition to your regular street shoes    Most of all, Dress For The Weather!

 

POSSIBLE RISKS:        Sunburn, falling on/from slippery surfaces, drowning (though unlikely).

 

POSSIBLE HAZARDS:    Over exposure to sun, slippery surfaces.
