Rampart Lodge lobbyRampart Lodge Services Available

Front Desk:  A wide variety of items can be purchased at the front desk.  Examples are toiletries, snacks and beverages.  We have numerous other information tidbits, such as local kennels, special Academy events, jogging and hiking maps available at the front desk.  Above all, the employees working the desk are invariably friendly, helpful, and are a good source of information.  We will make every effort to serve you quickly and help make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Laundry Facilities:  Clean, well-equipped laundry rooms are available in the visitor’s quarters and in all temporary lodging facilities.
Dry Cleaning:  Lodging has dry cleaning services. Ask the front desk for details.

House Rules:
   Check out Time:  11 a.m.
   Pets:
Air Force regulations do not allow pets of any type in transient quarters.  The front desk has a listing of local full service kennels.  Thank you for not bringing a pet into any of the facilities; a fee will be automatically assessed if that happens.
Fire Arms:  If you are carrying firearms, please contact the Security Forces (extension 333-2000) to arrange storage.
   Smoking Policy:
Our guest rooms are 100 percent nonsmoking.  You may use tobacco products out side of the facilities at least 10 meters away from the buildings.  Unfortunately, Air Force Lodging rules do not permit issuance of a “non-availability statement” due to smoking requirements. Thank you for not smoking in lodging guest rooms;
if that happens then a $150 fee will be assessed upon check out.

Housekeeping Services
For your convenience, we provide the following daily housekeeping services:
-          Make the beds

-          Empty the waste paper cans
-          Vacuum and sweep the floors if needed
-          Clean the bathrooms
We will change the bed linens once a week (more often if required).  Towels will also be changed as often as necessary.

Guests’ Responsibility
-          Please ensure all valuables are secured and clothing, luggage, or other items do not prevent housekeepers from vacuuming, dusting, or making the beds.
-          Prior to check out in TLF, guests are asked to clean the refrigerator of all personal food items, turn it off, and leave the door open.  Dishes must be clean and put away.  Cleaning supplies are available from housekeeping if needed.
-          In TLF, guests are to supervise their children while on hotel property.
-          Use extreme caution with hot irons to prevent damage to hotel carpeting, furniture and linens.
NOTE:  All furnishings are paid for by Non-Appropriated Funds.  Damages or theft will be investigated by the proper authorities.  If necessary, charges will be levied.

Please Refrain From
-          Storing bicycles in rooms or stairwells--ask the front desk to use the designated covered area.
-          Improper use of polish, cosmetics, and permanent marking solutions resulting in carpet, linen or furniture damage.
-          Using hotel linens for shoe polishing or car washing.
