Tickets go on sale starting January 14 through March 7. 2008.
No refunds or cancellations after March 7.
THERE MUST BE AT LEAST 10 PAID SIGN-UPS FOR A BUS TO RUN.
Purchase tickets from Vandenberg Hall ORC/ITT, Room 1C15, phone (719) 333-4602.
Parents may purchase bus tickets for their Cadet over the phone with a MC or Visa
PURCHASING TICKETS:
1) Bring airline departure and arrival times with you when purchasing tickets. Please know your times, as that is how buses are ordered. PLEASE, NO CHANGES ONCE THE TICKET IS PURCHASED.
2) Since this is a high volume time at the airports, allow additional time to check luggage or take only one carry-on bag.
3) Only those cadets who purchase tickets early are guaranteed a ride. The purchase deadline date is March 7. All others are sold on a space-available basis only. Please purchase early.
4) Prices are subject to change without notice.


DEPARTURE INFORMATION:
1) Since this is a high volume time at the airports, allow additional time to check luggage or take only one carry-on bag.
2) Only cadets who want bus times that meet sign-up requirements are guaranteed a ride. Standby space may be available at the departure site. WATCH FOR BUS CANCELLATIONS. PLEASE PURCHASE EARLY!!
3) Buses leave from the base of the "Core Values Ramp" ON TIME! Luggage is limited to one large bag or two medium bags and one carry-on bag. Cadets are responsible for loading their own luggage onto the bus. Luggage should be clearly marked. Remember, all cadet luggage looks the same.
4) Additional departure times will be arranged if the date or time for release or cadets or LMD changes.
5) Please allow at least 2 hours for driving time to Denver International Airport.
6) Please allow at least 1 ½ hours for driving time to Colorado Springs Airport.
7) Prices and times subject to change without notice.
8) PARENTS can purchase bus tickets over the phone with a Mastercard or Visa payment.
9) Must have at least 10 paid sign-ups for a bus to run.

RETURNING INFORMATION:
1) There will be standby tickets sold at DIA for $35, and at COS for $20, but there is NO GUARANTEE a seat will be available!
2) Meet at DIA level 5 East Baggage Claim Door 505
3) At COS a representative from the Outdoor Recreation Center will be present outside the Baggage Claim area
