Value and world-class customer service. They're the two main reasons Services customers keep coming back time after time. Through a simple new program, Services Plus, that value has increased many times over.
Q: What is Services Plus?
A: Services Plus is a new program that provides discounts to USAFA Services customers on various goods and services when they show their Services Plus Club Card.
Q: Do I have to be a member of the Officers' or Enlisted Club to benefit from the Services Plus program?
A: Yes. To receive your Services Plus discount you must join either the Officers' or Enlisted club and show your Club Card when making a purchase.
Q: How much does it cost to become a Club member?
A: Current Club dues are $20 a month for officers and $5 for enlisted. Dues vary for retirees depending on factors such as age.
Q: What do I get for my Club dues?
A: Of course you get all the great benefits that come with being a Club member: discounted meals, the ability to reserve Club rooms for functions, access to the catering service and all lounges, and camaraderie. In addition, you get discounts at all participating Services businesses. In fact, the money you save with discounts could total more than your Club dues each month!
Q: What's my risk?
A: Absolutely nothing! We're so sure you'll find the Services Club Card is such an exceptional value we'll give you two months dues free to find out for yourself! Plus, you'll get a complimentary Sunday Brunch for two (a $30 value) just for signing up. See what the Club is all about – perhaps take your spouse out for fine dining, maybe visit Tavern on the Ridge for a brew with friends after work, or bring the family for Sunday Brunch. Be sure to take your Club card around to Services businesses and add up your discounts. If you're not hooked on the Club and Services Plus, just call or visit the Club and cancel your card – it's as simple as that.
Q: What do I have to do if I'm already a Club member?
A: Nothing! If you're already a Club member just show your Club card and get your discount.
Q: Can civilians use the Services Plus program?
A: Yes! Department of Defense and NAF civilians working at the Academy are eligible to join the Officer's or Enlisted club and receive Services Plus discounts.
Q: Do you get discounts at every USAFA Services business?
A: Unfortunately, no. Government regulations will not allow participation by Rampart Lodge, the Child Development Center or the High Country Inn dining hall. However, virtually all other Services businesses will give a discount to Club Cardholders.
Q: How will I know what items or services are discounted?
A: A Services Plus sign on the counter at each business will indicate the discounts. Employees will also know the discount and other details of the program.
Q: Do I have to use my Club card for the purchase in order to get the discount?
A: No. Just show your card and pay for your transaction as you please: by cash, check or other major credit card.
Q: Is the discount always the same at each of the USAFA Services businesses?
A: No. The level of discount and items discounted will change regularly so that everyone finds a discount that benefits them.
Q: What are the other benefits of getting a Services Plus Club Card?
A: The Services Plus Club Card has an introductory rate of 2.9%. It also features perhaps the best frequent flier mileage programs available anywhere. Frequent flier miles are matched 1:1 with dollars spent and may be redeemed with any airline. Also, when you pay for your purchases at Services businesses with your Services Plus Club Card, those Services business don't have to pay the merchant fee. Thus, the money you spend on base stays on base.
Q: Why is the Services Plus program being implemented?
A: Services Plus serves several purposes: It rewards our regular Services customers and our current Club Card holders. It introduces Services to members of the military family who may not be aware of the great products and services brought to you by world-class employees. It's an exceptional added incentive for those who might be considering joining the Officers' or Enlisted clubs.
Q: How long will the Services Plus program last?
A: 'Til the cows come home!
CLUB DUES Following are monthly Club membership fees:
- Active Duty NCOs (includes civilian enlisted equivalents--GS-6 and below and NAF I, II or III) – $5
- Active Duty E1 - E4 -- $4
- Retired Enlisted – $5
- Active Duty Officer (includes civilian officer equivalents--GS-7 and above and NAF III and above) -- $20
- Retired Officer (within 50 miles of the club) – $17
- Retired Officer (50-plus miles from club) – $10
- Retired Officer or Enlisted over 65 years old – $5

- Outdoor Recreation – 10% off rental items (excluding boats and trailers)
- Farish – $5 off yearly entrance pass and 10% off all rental items
- Arts & Crafts – 10% off selected classes
- Academy Lanes – Get $.25 off per game. One free shoe rental (open bowling only--excludes holidays, not valid with any other discount)
- Youth Center – 10% off Youth Center membership (membership entitles you to significant discounts on sports programs and other activities)
- Fitness Center – 10% off any semi-annual swim pass
- Golf Course -- 3% discount on annual green fees if paid in full.
- Auto Hobby – $2 off Vehicle Emissions Test
- Aero Club – 10% off Introductory Flight ($7.50 savings!)
- Equestrian Center – 10% off your second hour of trail ride when you pay regular price ($15) for the first hour (Tuesday through Friday)
- ITT – FREE day trip after you go on 5 paid day trips (transportation only, event and activity admission fees not included)
- Officers/Enlisted Clubs – $5 off total Sunday Brunch bill, $2 off dinner, $1 off lunch, and other discounts*
- Arnold Hall Specialties Shop -- 10% off all custom baskets
