Room Rental
Community Activities offers special events, performing arts, entertainment and other cultural programs for the base community. Meeting areas and equipment are available by reservation for commander's calls, retirements, wedding receptions, training and other squadron functions, instructional/self-improvement classes and holiday parties. Available meeting areas include the ballrooms in the Community Center and Milazzo Club. Community Activities develops programs for retirees, singles, spouses and others including social events, contests and tournaments, and more.

Family Bingo is scheduled for Friday, 6
August at the Community Center Ballroom.
Flea Market on Sat, 14 August, at the
AAFES Parking Lot from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Ultimate Fighting Championship televised on Sat, 28 Aug, at the Milazzo Center Ballroom. The Milazzo Center will open at 7:30 p.m. with the fight starting at 8:00 p.m. running till 11:00 p.m. Pop Corn will be provided and beverages, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, will be sold. Classes: Ballroom Dance classes start on Wed, 4 Aug. Classes are in six week increments. Beginners are at 5:30 p.m.; intermediate at 6:45 p.m. and swing at 8:00 p.m. Beginners learn basic swing, foxtrot, rumba and the waltz patterns. Intermediate students learn additional foxtrot, rumba, waltz, and polka patterns. The swing class provides more in depth swing instruction. Each course costs $70 per couple or $40 for an individual student. Line Dance classes are taught on Mondays at the community Center Ballroom in six week increments. The first class starts at 5:00 and the second class starts at 6:15 p.m. The Line Dance instruction covers Country, Cupid Shuffle, Electric Slide, Black Velvet, Little Polka, Rodeo Blues, Cowboy Hustle, 4 Wheelin and Ah Si dances. The cost is $35.00 Per person and it is not required to be a couple. The next class starts 13 Sep.
